Delivery POLICY:
At E&S Aesthetics, every order is prepared with care.
Please allow 5–7 working days for your products to be dispatched (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery fee: €3.99 (Ireland & Northern Ireland)
Courier service: All orders are shipped via reliable delivery partners, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.
Clinic collection: If you prefer to collect your order directly from our clinic, please contact us in advance so we can have it ready for you.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please include your Eircode when placing your order.
RETURN POLICY:
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do.
However, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. We recommend using registered post.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, covering the value of the returned items (excluding shipping fees).
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@esaesthetics.ie within 14 days of delivery for guidance.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at info@esaesthetics.ie.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange once the issue has been reviewed.
